Delivery and Pick-Up Timing
Delivery Coordination
Deliveries are scheduled based on the information you provide during the booking process, including arrival details (e.g., flight numbers). This ensures timely service.

Pick-Up Coordination
Pick-ups must be arranged in advance. The specific time and location will be confirmed with you before the rental period ends.

Airport Deliveries
If you are renting a car, your equipment will be delivered to the car rental area.
If you are not renting a car, delivery will occur at the airport arrivals section.
Delivery Fees
Delivery and pick-up fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during the checkout process. Fees may vary depending on the distance and any special arrangements.

Delivery Requirements
Payment Completion
All rental payments must be completed prior to delivery. Equipment will not be delivered until payment is confirmed.

Signature Requirement
Upon delivery, a signature is required to confirm receipt of the equipment in good condition.

Delivery Schedule Changes
We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your delivery or pick-up time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day changes may incur an additional fee of $10.

Equipment Condition
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before delivery. We encourage you to inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.

Late Returns
If equipment is not available for pick-up at the agreed time, a late fee may apply. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule pick-up if needed.
