Our Story
Baby Gear Rentals Panama was founded in May 2024 by Alejandro Arango, inspired by his own experience as a new parent traveling with a baby.
The idea was born during a trip to visit my in-laws in Honduras when our baby was just six months old. Traveling with all the necessary baby equipment was overwhelming — juggling extra luggage, worrying about forgotten items, and trying to keep the baby calm made the trip exhausting.
A few months later, on another family trip to Portugal, the challenge grew. We had to buy additional baby gear just for the journey to avoid overusing our home equipment. By then, our baby was one year old, with new needs, and the stress was even greater.
These experiences revealed a gap in the market: families need a way to travel light, stress-free, and fully prepared. That’s when Baby Gear Rentals Panama was created — a service designed to simplify family travel by providing high-quality baby gear rentals for parents visiting Panama.
