How is my equipment delivered?
Our team delivers all rental equipment personally to locations within our service area.
What does the delivery include?
"Delivery" prices include setup and pickup at the end of your rental. Each product features a QR code that directs you to an instructional video. Our team is always available for additional support.
How do I know if they deliver to my destination?
We deliver to the Tocumen International Airport, any location in Panama City, and select beach locations. For more details, feel free to contact one of our team members at contact@bgrpanama.com.
How to get a delivery quote?
Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout, where you'll be prompted to enter the start and end dates for your reservation. This will generate an automatic quote before you finalize the payment.
Where can items be delivered?
We can deliver to homes, Airbnbs, hotels, and airports.
Do I need to be present for the delivery?
You are not required to be present for delivery, except at airport deliveries. You are responsible for the rental equipment once it is delivered.
Airport Deliveries
We can meet you directly at the airport within 15-30 minutes of your selected arrival time. The best meeting place is often at a car rental company if you are renting a car.
Delivery Times
We deliver between 8 am and 8 pm, and all delivery slots start at the beginning of a 2-hour window.
After-Hours Delivery
Deliveries and pickups outside of normal hours (before 8 am or after 8 pm) are available upon request for an additional fee of $20.
