1. How is my equipment delivered?

All rental items are personally delivered by our team to the location you choose within our service area.


2. What does the delivery include?

Delivery includes setup and pickup at the end of your rental period.
Before delivery, we’ll send video tutorials via WhatsApp or email, depending on your preference, so you know how to safely use the gear.

IMPORTANT: For liability reasons, we do not install car seats. Our tutorials will guide you through the installation process step-by-step.


3. Do you deliver to my destination?

We currently serve Panama City, Tocumen International Airport, and select beach areas.

4. Can drop-off and pick-up be at different locations?

Yes! You can choose different drop-off and pick-up locations, such as delivery to your Airbnb and pickup at the airport.
Just notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth experience.


5. How do I get a delivery quote?

Add your items to the cart and select your rental dates. A quote will be generated automatically before checkout.


6. Where can items be delivered?

We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, residences, and airports—whatever is most convenient for you.


7. Do I need to be present for the delivery?

It depends on the delivery location:

  • 🏢 Apartments/Buildings: We coordinate to leave items at reception under your name.

  • 🏨 Hotels: We leave items at the front desk for your arrival.

  • 🏠 Private Homes: A family member or household staff must be present to receive the gear.

  • ✈️ Airport Deliveries: Must be done in person, based on your flight and car rental details.


8. Airport Deliveries

For airport deliveries, we request the following information in advance to ensure a smooth experience:

  • ✈️ Flight Number: This helps us monitor delays or early arrivals and know which terminal to wait at.

  • 🚗 Are you renting a car? If yes, we’ll meet you directly at the car rental desk so you don’t have to carry extra gear with your luggage.

For pickups:

  • 🚗 If you’re returning a rental car: Let us know what time you plan to return it, and we’ll meet you in the car rental parking area.

  • 🧳 If you're not renting a car: We’ll meet you in the departure area of your terminal at the agreed time, based on your return flight details.

Our goal is to keep things as light and easy as possible—just let us know your travel plans and we’ll take care of the rest.


9. Delivery & Pickup Times

Deliveries and pickups are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and occur within a 2-hour window selected at checkout.

🕒 Need a special time?
After-hours service (before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m.) is available for a $20 fee, upon request.


10. Payment Options

We offer two secure methods to pay:

  • 💳 By credit card directly on our website at checkout.

  • 🔗 Via a payment link sent by one of our team members after booking.

📌 All reservations must be paid in full before your delivery date to guarantee service.
