All rental baby equipment is personally delivered by our team to the location you choose (airport, hotel, Airbnb, or residence) within our service area, ensuring a hassle-free experience.


2. What does the delivery include?

Delivery includes setup and pickup at the end of your rental period.
Before delivery, we send video tutorials via WhatsApp or email so you know exactly how to use the gear safely and easily.

❗Important: For safety reasons, we do not install car seats, but our step-by-step videos make installation simple.


3. Do you deliver to my destination in Panama?

Yes! We serve Panama City, Tocumen International Airport, and select beach destinations.

4. Can drop-off and pick-up be at different locations?

Absolutely! For example, we can deliver to your Airbnb and pick up at Tocumen Airport.
Just let us know in advance so we can plan the logistics for you.


5. How do I get a delivery quote?

Simply add your items to the cart and select your rental dates.
A detailed quote is generated automatically before checkout.


6. Where can items be delivered?

We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, private residences, and airports—whichever is most convenient for your family.


7. Do I need to be present for the delivery?

  • Apartments/Buildings: We can leave items with reception under your name.

  • Hotels: Items will be ready at the front desk when you arrive.

  • Private Homes: A family member or staff must receive the gear.

  • Airport Deliveries: Must be done in person, based on your flight details.


8. How do airport deliveries work?

To ensure a smooth delivery at Tocumen International Airport, we request:

  • Flight Number: To monitor delays or early arrivals.

  • Car Rental Info: We meet you directly at your car rental desk to save you the hassle of carrying gear.

For returns:

  • Returning a rental car? We meet you in the car rental parking area.

  • No rental car? We meet you at the departure terminal at the agreed time.

Our goal: Make traveling with babies and kids stress-free.


9. Delivery & Pickup Times

  • Standard hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • A 2-hour delivery window is selected at checkout.

  • After-hours service (before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m.) is available for $20.
