Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Baby Gear Rentals Panama, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to be fair and flexible whenever possible, while also protecting our team from last-minute cancellations, missed deliveries, and no-shows.
When you place an order, we reserve the selected items for your family, prepare and sanitize the equipment, coordinate logistics, and schedule delivery and pickup. For that reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

Standard Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.

Same-Day Orders
Same-day orders are not covered by the standard cancellation policy.
Because these orders require immediate preparation, coordination, and delivery planning, same-day orders may be non-refundable once confirmed.
However, if the service has not been provided and no delivery attempt has been made, we will always do our best to review the situation fairly and avoid charging unnecessarily.

If Items Have Already Been Delivered
If your items have already been delivered and you decide to cancel before using them or before your arrival, we may refund the rental cost of the items.
However, a $20 fee will be charged to cover the extra delivery and pickup logistics.
This fee helps cover the time, transportation, and coordination required to deliver and retrieve the equipment.

Why We Have This Policy
Our cancellation policy helps us reduce last-minute no-shows and missed deliveries.
Every order requires time, planning, cleaning, and coordination. When a customer cancels too late or does not show up for a scheduled delivery, it affects our team, inventory availability, and other families who may need the same items.
We always try to be reasonable and helpful, but these rules allow us to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform.
