Cancellation Policies

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy is applicable to all reservations throughout the year, with exceptions for reservations during special holiday periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 7 days before the reservation start date.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancel 4-6 days before the reservation start date.
No Refund: Cancel within 3 days of the reservation start date.

Why Do We Have This Policy?
At Baby Gear Rentals Panama, our aim is to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and local rental partners. When you make a reservation, we set aside the necessary items for your family, ensuring their availability for your use.

How Are Days Counted?
The "days before the start of your reservation" refer to the number of days prior to your reservation's start date, excluding the start date itself. For instance, if your reservation begins on July 4th and you cancel on June 27th, you are canceling 7 days prior, making your order fully refundable under our Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Policy Application
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all reservations. While we understand that unexpected situations like flight cancellations, illness, or natural disasters may occur, these scenarios are still governed by our policy. For example, if you cancel due to illness, the standard refund policy will apply.

Rush Orders
Rush Orders, defined as reservations made within 48 hours of the start date/time, are non-refundable if canceled.

Non-Refundable Orders
Orders canceled on the same day, within 72 hours of the start date, or after items have been delivered or picked up, are non-refundable.
